Prior to installation and delivery of your vending machines, our dedicated Site Analyst will visit you at your premises. Here we can discuss bespoke branding and any other particular needs you may have. Our Site Analyst will ensure we have the correct measurements to enable a smooth and hassle-free delivery.


We will visit to service and restock your vending machines as often as required at no additional cost – whether several times a week or several times a month. All our United Vending staff members are uniformed and carry ID cards at all times.

Improved RevenueImproved Revenue

If required, we can add a unit to the vendor to enable purchasing with credit cards or a mobile phone in addition to coins for improved revenue. If sales exceed £200 per week per machine, this unit can be provided free of charge.


If you wish to terminate our service, simply provide us with 14 weeks’ written notice – we’ll remove our vending machines from your premises hassle-free.


We believe the best way to maintain a good relationship with our customers is through excellent service, not lengthy legal contracts. Instead, United Vending operates a policy of ‘free on loan’ vending machines to our customers providing a satisfactory site visit.


We endeavour to fix any broken machines within 8 working hours to minimise disruption as much as possible. Should there be a problem our operators are unable to fix on a routine visit, our dedicated Engineering and Maintenance team will carry out a full repair.


We are fully insured for products and public liability, and are fully tax compliant. Copies of our insurance policies can be made available on request.
